What you need

Only 2 things: canned beans β€’ bread
  • 1 slice of toast
  • 1/2 to 1 cup warm beans

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Put beans in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Heat until warm.
  4. Pour over toast and eat right away.
Why this works: Hot food, low effort, and very few steps. Good when your brain wants something real but easy.
  • Use baked beans if you want the least effort possible.
  • Eat from one bowl plus one plate. That is enough.
  • This is a strong backup meal when nothing sounds good.
  • Add cheese on top if you want it richer.
  • Use crackers instead of toast if that is easier.
  • Add hot sauce after heating.
  • Use white beans, black beans, or baked beans.
