What you need

Only 3 things: cooked chicken β€’ yogurt β€’ black pepper
  • Small handful cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • Black pepper

  1. Put cooked chicken in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt.
  3. Add black pepper and mix.
  4. Eat as-is or with crackers or toast.
Why this works: It turns leftovers into a meal without turning into a project.
  • Only do this with cooked chicken. Raw chicken is not low-effort.
  • Use rotisserie leftovers if available.
  • This is good when you need protein but cannot deal with heat or prep.
  • Add mayo instead of yogurt.
  • Use turkey instead of chicken.
  • Eat it in a wrap or with crackers.
  • Add mustard if you want more flavor.
