- Put Greek yogurt in a bowl.
- Add berries.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Eat cold.
Why this works:
No cooking, very little chewing effort, and easy to start even when your brain feels slow.
- Frozen berries work too if you let them soften a bit.
- Honey helps if plain yogurt feels too harsh.
- This is easy enough for mornings when nothing sounds good.
- Use banana instead of berries.
- Add cereal if you want crunch.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Use vanilla yogurt if that helps you actually eat it.
