- Heat a pan on medium.
- Place tortilla in the pan.
- Add cheese and cooked chicken to one half.
- Fold the tortilla over.
- Cook until warm and melty, then flip if needed.
- Eat.
Why this works:
Leftover protein becomes a hot meal fast, which is way easier than “real cooking.”
- Pre-cooked chicken makes this much easier. Do not start from raw chicken on low-energy days.
- Use pre-shredded cheese if that removes friction.
- This works great for random leftovers.
- Use ham instead of chicken.
- Add hot sauce after cooking.
- Use two tortillas for a thicker version.
- Add beans if you need more bulk.
