- Toast the bread.
- Put beans in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat until warm.
- Pour over toast and eat right away.
Why this works:
Hot food, low effort, and very few steps. Good when your brain wants something real but easy.
- Use baked beans if you want the least effort possible.
- Eat from one bowl plus one plate. That is enough.
- This is a strong backup meal when nothing sounds good.
- Add cheese on top if you want it richer.
- Use crackers instead of toast if that is easier.
- Add hot sauce after heating.
- Use white beans, black beans, or baked beans.
