What you need

Only 3 things: bread β€’ avocado β€’ egg
  • 1 slice toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 egg

Step 1 of 4
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mash avocado onto toast with a fork.
  3. Cook egg how you like it.
  4. Put the egg on top and eat.
Why this works: Slightly more prep, but still linear and familiar. Better for days when you have some function left.
  • Use a spoon to scoop avocado straight out. No need to be neat.
  • Fried egg is easiest here. Do not overcomplicate it.
  • Good when you want something that feels more complete.
  • Use boiled egg if it is already made.
  • Use cream cheese if no avocado.
  • Add chili flakes or pepper.
  • Eat open-faced or as a sandwich.
