- Heat rice if it is cold.
- Cook one egg.
- Put the egg on top of the rice.
- Add soy sauce and eat.
Why this works:
Familiar, warm, and low-decision. Good when you want something more solid than toast.
- Microwave rice makes this much easier.
- Fried egg is usually the easiest option.
- This is a good βI can do one panβ meal.
- Add chili oil or hot sauce.
- Use leftover chicken instead of egg.
- Add frozen peas if you want more volume.
- Use butter instead of soy sauce if that is what sounds good.
