- Toast the bread.
- Mash avocado onto toast with a fork.
- Cook egg how you like it.
- Put the egg on top and eat.
Why this works:
Slightly more prep, but still linear and familiar. Better for days when you have some function left.
- Use a spoon to scoop avocado straight out. No need to be neat.
- Fried egg is easiest here. Do not overcomplicate it.
- Good when you want something that feels more complete.
- Use boiled egg if it is already made.
- Use cream cheese if no avocado.
- Add chili flakes or pepper.
- Eat open-faced or as a sandwich.
